"This place is beautiful but I must warn you they have a rat 🐀 infestation. I saw many big rats eating leftovers from plates left outside guest doors. It horrified me going in out of my room. Even in broad daylight the rats 🐀 come out. Its too expensive of a hotel to have rats. I had one of the most expensive rooms a few months ago and the rats just T'd me off. The staff acts as if its normal and ok but its not. "

Then we asked if we could turn the air conditioning on, she told us we had to pay $11 a night to use it after already paying for our stay online. "Great place close to the river to fully disconnect from the light, dust and noise pollution. Especially at night, it’s so quiet, you get to hear birds, see stars in the sky, man, I got one of my deepest /best sleeps. This location is also couple degrees cooler at night that in town which I really like. The staff are very responsive and respectful. I would definitely opt for the food service, it’s so good. "The staff are second to none, all were very friendly and helpful. the room with a sea view was perfect. breakfast was always of a high slandered. However the only aspect that let them down, was the rooms were not free of mosquitos, they should spray the room once the daily cleaning is completed."
