I note another reviewer complained of the same thing. The shower is in a bath. Not uncommon but it was very high step in to the bath. They had a wooden to use as a step. It was unsafe. I slipped twice getting out of the shower. If you are older or have mobility problems forget it. I had to buy my own soap. All they gave each day was...
