"Amazing views, very spacious comfortable appartment in villa the only thing I would change is that no cleaning was provided that wasn’t a problem but bins were not emptied and there were no places to take rubbish or even recycling…bathrooms could do with a bit of modern update but were clean and functional so not a problem….pool amazing and staff very helpful and would definitely recommend and stay again. Accommodation states that rooms have air conditioning, this is not the case, they have a plug in fan which is in no way sufficient during 34 deg C heat, very uncomfortable sleeping conditions. Arrived to be told that keys need to be collected from office in Bardolino (several KMs away) due to Covid, this was not communicated in advance, luckily we had a hire car others did not. "Great property - lovely room - very clean and modern ! The staff were very lovely and accommodating ! The location is absolutely perfect right in the middle of everything - such a walkable city ! Would definitely recommend staying here ! And make sure to check out the views from the roof top !"

Comfortable and Central for a Business Conference

"Fantastic historic hotel in the center of old Verona. Staff was friendly from taking my bags out of the taxi to reserving the spa for me. Enjoyed the amazing art and details throughout the property. Our business conference onsite was amazing. Coffee break in the lobby was decadent and the croissants were amazing. 3 course lunches with wine pairings were a bonus. Concierge was helpful to make dinner reservations at high quality restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay. "
