"I begrudgingly offer a glowing review, begrudgingly because it will make this wonderful hotel a little bit more popular and a little bit more expensive. However, the staff are excellent, very hard working and extremely professional, and they deserve to be praised. The rooms and the spa (free for one guest for a two hour slot, extra for second guest) are also excellent. Ski lifts and multiple bars/restaurants are a short walk away. However, the restaurant in the hotel is also definitely worth visiting. I left my gloves in the bar, I cannot collect them so please treat them well. "

"I recently stayed at Residence Les Cimes and it exceeded all expectations. The property was clean, modern, with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay, yet still had that traditional feel. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, while the cozy living area and stunning mountain views created a relaxing morning/evening before and after a day on the slopes. The location was perfect – A stones throw to the Bossonnet ski lift, a short stroll to shops and restaurants, yet tucked away enough to ensure peace and quiet. The staff on reception were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. When our flight was cancelled and we needed to stay an additional night, the staff were really accommodating. Arranging a late check out (6pm) also wasn't a problem. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone visiting La Clusaz – ideal for families, couples, or groups looking for a high-quality, stress-free experience in the heart of the village. "

"Nice, comfortable hotel, just a few minutes easy walk into the town. Comfortable beds in clean rooms, and a decent sized bathroom. Breakfast options were good, with some really nice cheeses and bread, along with cereals, pastries, etc. Reception staff were very helpful, both before our trip and during our stay."
