pool, the views, the spa, the animals, the drinks, the different sitting areas, the amazing rooms and the service of everyone at this villa was incredibly luxurious. We cannot say enough good things about everything and everyone at the hotel, even down to the amazing private driver they arranged for us to go back and forth to Florence, 10/10. Stunning experience. Do the wine tasting!"

"The property is beautiful and the staff were more than happy to help and facilitate our every needs. A male bar tender / waiter did let down the team by being short and rude but this did not affect our stay and it is not fair on the rest of the team who went over and above to please us. We stayed one night for our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel spa pools are natural thermal pools and it is clear that when this hotel was refurbished, no expense was spared, we loved it albeit I can see why...

pool area is well looked after and the
pool although quite small is perfect for a cooling dip. All service was excellent, breakfast staff all friendly and helpful. Short walk to the city walls and some nice restaurants within 15 minutes walk. Carbone was our favourite. I definitely recommend this hotel."
