"자려고 하면 원인모를 물내려가는 소리가 주기적으로 들려 귀마게 끼고 잤습니다.이건 505호와 508호 모두에서 났기에 뭔가 구조적으로 문제가 있는듯 보입니다. 그리고 분명 3박이상이면 4일째 무조건 객실 정비라고 했는데 전혀 정비되지 않았고 아침에 프론트 직원들의 응대가 별로 입니다.."

I've been in Korea for 6 weeks, in 5 different cities with stays in 11 different places, and the staff at the Hotel Wooyeon Flora are the absolute best customer service team I've encountered here. "Old town has its’ charm. I only found out about the historical church & other sites the day I left… Too bad, will visit Gongju again one day…. Overall, it’s a good stay. There’s a laundry steamer in the room!! Jumbo size tv screen & game station set up. Nice touch! The hotel is a 8mins walking distance to Tourist information center by Gangsanseong Fortress!! Also can walk to both Nuryeong & Royal tombs, National museum as well as Hanuk village."

"Good location, very close to the bus terminal. Beautiful view over the river and the fortress. The room was nice and big. Breakfast was good and varied: I stayed 2 nights and there were different dishes the second morning, which was very nice. The young woman at the reception was lovely and very helpful."
