Ótimo localização, bem em frente à gruta que fica na praia. Não gostei muito do atendimento do restaurante. No mais foi ótimo, piscina boa e tbm nos deixaram usar as dependências do local após o check in.

Escolhemos a suíte master, melhor quarto da pousada, ótima estrutura, quarto e varanda muito espaçosos, porém algumas situações desagradáveis; primeiro, no site do Hotéis.com nos foi informado que pagaríamos todo o valor na pousada. Ao chegar, já havia sido cobrado a metade; Quando nos instalamos, percebemos que o registro do chuveiro estava dando choque. Ocorrendo muito perigo, uma vez que estávamos mexendo em água e energia ao mesmo tempo.Segundo o pessoal da pousada já sabiam do fato e iriam resolver, saímos e nada foi resolvido; A descarga do nosso banheiro estava sem funcionar, reclamamos e eles consertaram; o café da manhã também não gostamos, só duas espécies de frutas, mamão e melão, somente um tipo de suco, encontramos formigas no pão e no bolo, que parecia bem velho. Não gostamos também do checkout às 11 horas, poderia ser pelo menos ao meio-dia. Realmente não recomendo...

A pousada muito bem estruturada, bem harmoniosa, com uma decoração simpática e funcionários atenciosos. Sobre o quarto, a cama estava em ótimas condições, quarto limpo e grande. Único ponto que não agradou muito foi o ar condicionado que não era compatível com o tamanho do quarto e dessa forma demorava muito a climatizar o quarto. Sobre o café da manhã, tinha diversidade de opções e era bem gostoso. Mas ressalto outro ponto que não gostei muito, eram colocadas pequenas quantidades de comida para deixar pros hóspedes se servirem e a cada café da manhã eu tinha que ir até a cozinha pelo menos 2x para pedir para reporem leite, frios ou frutas. Fica como dica pra pousada colocarem mais quantidade ou ficarem mais atentos com a reposição.

Boa localização, mas com alguns problemas
O local é bem tranquilo, um pouco distante de Morro Branco e do centro, onde existe maior movimento. A pousada é confortável, tem estacionamento, acesso fácil à praia. Notamos alguns problemas que devem ser mais frequentes (wi-fi lenta e não cobre toda pousada, ar condicionado com muito barulho e pouco resfriava, não limparam o quarto por mais de uma vez, quarto com forro de PVC que ficava batendo à noite com o vento marítimo), e outros que foram pontuais mas incomodaram bastante (água barrenta nos primeiros dias, algumas vezes não havia ninguém na recepção disponível). O restaurante é excelente, mas havia disponibilidade de apenas 3 opções do cardápio.

Ótimo lugar para descanso na praia
Em geral a estadia foi muito boa! Para entrar tivemos que ligar para pedir para abrir o portão. Fácil de estacionar o carro, mas só cabem 5 carros no estacionamento. Lugar muito bem decorado, com várias cadeiras para sentar e deitar, bem como uma rede. Bem aberto, então de noite dá pra ver o céu estrelado. O atendimento foi ótimo e a senhora que atendeu foi bem prestativa e atenciosa, lembrando o nome de todos e fazendo malabarismos para garantir o conforto de todos os hóspedes. Ela oferece serviço de body talk e terapia familiar, também cozinha ótimas refeições. O café da manhã e o jantar são ótimos e o preço para três pessoas é magnífico. O suco é da fruta e bem delicioso. O jantar tem poucas opções no cardápio, mas o café é farto. Observação quanto às regras de café da manhã (não desperdiçar comida). O quarto é grande e cabe até mais que 4 pessoas se tivessem mais colchões, o que acredito que não seja o caso. O banheiro é grande e confortável. A piscina exterior é grande e possui uma área rasa com cadeiras dentro da piscina. A piscina fica constantemente com algumas folhas de dia (devido a proximidade com árvores) e um grilo de noite (não sei porque). O atrativo fica por conta da praia na frente, descendo uma rua, super tranquila e pouco movimentada, já que não é a mais famosa. Não tem passeio de buggy, mas recomendamos um que tem convênio com a pousada do lado (Hotel das falésias), do Régis. Dentro do quarto não tivemos acesso ao WI-FI durante um dos três dias, atenção!!
