Avaliando como cliente, precisa melhorar um pouco na limpeza dos banheiros dos apartamentos. Avaliando como profissional de hotelaria, tenho algumas sugestões: Um bar na piscina seria ideal. Serviço de almoço e jantar à parte Sistema de TV mais eficiente, sugiro um IPTV Antenas de Wi-Fi de melhor qualidade. Poderia colocar também toalhas de piscina. No mais, a estada foi muito boa, os funcionários são extremamente hospitaleiros.

Ficamos o carnaval 2025, um pouco afastado,em uma rua tranquila,café da manhã padrão, sobre o quarto a sugestão e colocar um espelho forao do banheiro não tinha no quarto que fiquei, mulher precisa ! A piscina e boa só precisa de atendimento pois você tem que levar água/bebida... Estacionamento bom fechado, rotativo...de modo geral estadia muito boa .. voltarei

O café da manhã é muito bom. Só precisa melhorar a instalação do banheiro; o vaso sanitário estava desprendendo do piso e o chuveiro praticamente não aqueceu. Quanto ao mais, tudo muito bom.

Imóvel legal. Ar condicionado não estava bom,precisam melhorar a vedação das portas do apartamento em relação as luzes do corredor que invadem as brechas das portas chgando a iluminar o quarto, pois para mim que não consigo dormir com nenhum tipo de luz no ambiente dormi muito mal.fora isto está tudo ok.

Ar condicionado nao funcionava bem, cama apresentando molas desgastadas, foi um pouco desconfortavel. Cafe da manha com apenas 1 raiz e muitos paes, bebidas e frutas sem variedade. Area verde sem acesso e mesas e cadeiras pra desfrutar a noite.

Foi horrível, na chegada mesmo sendo idosos esperamos cerca de uma hora para fazer o check in, cheguei dia 28 de dezembro, dia 30 solicitei a limpeza do quarto, não trocou as toalhas, solicitei a troca não foi ralizada, a noite já com outro recepcionista reclamei, conseguiu apenas uma toalha, tentei falar com o gerente, o mesmo falou que resolvesse com o recepcionista.Sinceramente derespeito total

Gostei bastante do Hotel! Boa localização, pertinho da orla, funcionarios educados e gentis, lugar sossegado e sem barulhos (ideal para relaxar), café da manhã com algumas variedades. No geral, fiquei bem satisfeito com a hospedagem, voltarei novamente.
