O hotel não deveria ser Oferecido pelo site, tem muitos problemas de organização, e não estou falando de estrutura, e sim de organização, o cafe não sai no horário e quando pergunta as funcionárias, você acaba ouvindo respostas bem grosseiras. A questão de educação dentre a maioria das funcionária da cozinha é bem, complicada, não tem comportamento para trabalhar em um hotel, o tratamento com os hóspedes é de uma falta de profissionalismo absurdo. Na recepção também tem um grande problema, com a exceção de um rapaz e uma moça que fica a noite, eses tem uma boa educação e comportamento de funcionários, mas tem uma outra, que parece que a recepção do hotel é a porta de sua casa, primeiro pelos gritos, as roupas totalmente inadequadas para um ambiente de trabalho e a falta de educação. A mesma adentrou a cozinha aos gritos, pois tinha acabado de acordar e como a mesma gritava, que acordou pq tinha que trabalhar. O hotel tinha tudo para ser um bom hotel, mas alguns funcionária estou acabando com o seu funcionamento, não seu qual é o posicionamento do proprietário, pois pelas coisas que eu pude presenciar, acho um pouco difícil que o mesmo não tenha observado a falta de conduta de algumas funcionárias. Esse é um breve relato, pq se eu fosse falar de tudo, não terminaria.

foi bom acho que estão se esforçando para dar o seu melhor para com os hospedes e higiênico são cordiais só não gostei de alguns hóspedes que reclamam do café mas comem com os olhos sem contar o fato de em plena consciência desperdiçam alimentação horrível isso chamaci ganância as vezes nem tem em suas casas sem contar o esforços dos funcionários para não deixar ninguém sem Srs hospedes revejam seus conceitos de educação obrigado

Mudei de quarto 4x. Todos os qts que me colocava tinha problema, casal num qto com 5 camas solteiro, qto com ar não funcionando, chuveiro resistência queimada, disjuntor estourando, café da manhã sem suporte p todos. Foi lamentável

Eu não recomendaria a ninguém hospedar naquele hotel. Café da manhã ruim(pães dormido) funcionários sem empatia. A piscina fica a vista de quem chega ou sai. Chuveiro em pessima condição de uso. Não limparam o quarto(estadia de 3dias). Apartamentos a beira do asfalto, semáforo, muito barulho de carros)... Hotel em reforma... Nada disso foi avisado. Nota 1, 5 ( de zero a 10).
