"It is a beautiful hotel that is well managed, clean with friendly staff. Our room had the most amazing view of the canyon below which was worth the price alone. The only problem we had was at the breakfast buffet - when we ordered our eggs they brought us very small portions about the size of a table spoon on each plate with nothing else on the plate - and took us a while to even get that. And the staff were rushing around and weren’t very helpful. "

"Check in was smooth and fast, staff is very helpful and so nice. Beds and pillows were good and had better towels second day. Spa was nice for the price, but didnt get a lot of instructions on how to turn the jets on. Stay was very nice and terrace was great for sunset!"

"The property was traditional and authentic. We had a 4 poster bed in our room, which was very comfortable. Location was ideal, close to the Puente Nuevo bridge and other tourist attractions. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi was very slow in the room and we could smell the drains, but apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel."

"You cannot beat the location or the views. Rooms described with a terrace are a full balcony and rooms with a “balcony” are a French balcony. They have an additional building that does not offer views of the gorge, I was in one of those with a terrace and it was lovely. Spectacular sunrise view! Within 30 seconds of leaving your room, you can see views of the gorge in every direction. The room is very basic, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. "This is a lovely hotel, and our room was beautiful. We loved Grazalema. Our only critique is that we opted to include dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately, our dinner was limited to 2 choices of entree, neither of which was appealing to us. Also, the breakfast was not as good as other places we stayed in Spain & Portugal. If I were to stay here again, I would not include the dinner. "
