"This was our second visit to this hotel. Previously we came in a summer ,but this visit was on the last day of Bordeaux Xmas market. The hotel is situated on the tram line which you can buy tickets at the machine or on the app. To get into centre takes about ten mins. Across from hotel is the river which you can walk into Bordeaux with lots of restaurants and shops. A lot shut in the winter, but definitely worth a nice walk. "Good basic Appart’hotel. Rooms were spacious enough and the outdoor pool was nice for a dip. The indoor pool with sauna etc definitely gave the standard of the hotel a boost. Nice 1 mile walk along the coastline into the city centre, or the bus stop is close to the hotel. Areas for improvement/watch-outs….. our room was not cleaned once in 4 days. The amenities were pretty basic for an Appart’hotel - for 4* you would expect ac in the rooms but sadly not (reception loaned us a fan). Contrary to...

"Great location. Friendly staff. No aircon, so not ideal during warm summers! We were also given an accessible family room, which was less than ideal. Toilet is very basic. No shower enclosure, just a flimsy curtain that separates the toilet seat from the shower area."
