I stay in hotels two to three times per week and I have never ever come across such terrible and rude staff as the receptionist and bar/breakfast women in this hotel.

"The hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool could of been cleaner and warmer but overall a great hotel in great location for what we needed. Bar food was great and nothing was over priced. Looking to book again in 2026 when going on holiday from Birmingham airport 🙂"
