Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Keio Plaza Hotel. It was in a very convenient location with direct access to Shinjuku station via underground passage and in close proximity to the Central Shopping Area. It also gave us a clear view of the light show on the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. However, there were a few minor issues with the room. Although we specifically requested for a non-smoking room, the room slightly smelled like smoke throughout our two night stay. The blanket and bed sheets were also very thin and slid off very easily.

"Hotel was in a convenient location. The area under the bed needs to be cleaned. The design of the bathroom sink area could be much better. No room for hanging clothes or towels and no privacy.
