We stayed at the beginning and end of our trip and we loved the property, the décor is very refreshing and trendy. Newer facility and very competitive price (we stayed in 3 different hotels on this trip). The staff is super attentive and friendly (English spoken fluently). We had an issue with our second reservation and it was resolved immediately without hesitation. Our room was perfect enough, that we wanted to have it for the second stay and the hotel granted our request. Cleanliness is top notch everywhere in the property. Strongly recommend to visit the Onsen!!! Loaded with all sorts of goodies to rejuvenate and relax (Please follow the hotel rules). There are also little perks by the front desk (creams, tea bags). Breakfast buffet was great as well; be aware if your reservation includes it, is ONLY ADULTS meals, kids most be paid at the restaurant. The location is a two minutes walk to the train station, and from there venture into the wild Tokyo's railway system!!! It will take you maximum 30 minutes to reach almost anything you might want to see. Walk around the area; there is a convenience store attached to the hotel, as well as a few little restaurants, a small supermarket and a couple of stores that sell food, all by the train station. Definitively an excellent choice if you are looking for a great accommodation!!!

Brand new modern design rooms. Plenty of space for 4.adults in 6 person room, close to train station, within 5 mins. Friendly staff. We were able to deliver our luggage to the hotel and they stored our luggage on departure date. Noted the hotel is split in half with 2 elevator banks.

The room was excellent The staff were exceptional, very professional and friendly We had a set menu for a dinner at the Oasis Garden - the food was top quality as was the service We really enjoyed the Immersion Dinner - great experience We would love to stay at the Prince Gallery Hotel Toyko again

Wonderful service and amenities! The location is not very walkable, but the park surrounds are lovely. Only disappointment was the top floor lounge/bar being closed while I was there.
