Everyone was so friendly and genuinely very keen to help in any way possible. The villa was immaculate and everything was of superb quality. "Very bad experience, no help at the reception, receptionnists don't smile and don't give any good advices for places to visit, no barbecue included while it was written in the description. Swimming pool not cleaned after glass broken, and my friend was injured with the broken glass fallen in the pool. During checking out, receptionnist charge me money because my son was sick and used the towels, hotel not recommanded."

But the concierge service is fantastic. From before our arrival they arranged our transportation, arrival dinner and tours. "NOT to be confused with the excellent Poonsiri resort. It is linked to the resort and they advertise their connection to it, so we had the impression (we felt we were deliberately given that impression) that it would be the same standard. You even have to check in at the resort. Where you can use their excellant facilties. However thats where the similarities end its 10 - 15 minute shuttle ride away! The area its located is grim and run down. Also you are isolated and not all tuk tuk...

"Very much enjoyed our stay at the elements. Staff are friendly and attentive. Facilities are wonderful - steam room was out of action but plenty more to keep us occupied. Over the road from the beach which has some beautiful views. There are bikes available to get around which is handy. Room was spotless. Shuttle service available to Ao Nang but is slightly limited. That said, we had no problem getting around with Bolt/Grab."

"It is a stunning, exceptional hotel. We booked a club room done bedroom suite. The room was the size of two rooms. We had a large king bed and a separate sitting area. The bathroom was the superstar—huge round jacuzzi bath, large walk-in shower, twin sinks. Plenty of storage. Beautiful view over the resort with a slight sea view. Plenty of water topped up every day - the coffee machine. Great quality toiletries. The club longue was a huge bonus. You can take breakfast there rather than main restaurant - you are given table service for eggs, also can have a glass of sparking wine with breakfast in club that is not offered in main restaurant. Main restaurant for breakfast has a wider choice of Thai and indian food. The club longue offered afternoon tea, between 2.30pm and 4pm and then happy hour with wine and snacks between 5.30pm and 7pm. This was really helpful. The staff in the club longue were very helpful, kind and friendly. Overall the service in this hotel was world class. "

"Great place to stay and relax and very affordable. Highly recommend a deluxe sweet, comes with your own pool. Really close to the beach and loads of great places to eat. Recommend hiring a scooter to get around and experience all beaches close by. Perfect place to catch the sunset with cocktails. "

"This is one of our favorite stops in many many years of traveling. First of all we have to give major gratitude to Soisuda, who we affectionately nicknamed “Auntie” because she always made sure we had everything we needed, cooked amazing breakfasts, and set up one of the most phenomenal tours we have ever been on. She arranged transportation from and to two different destinations for us. We told her we didn’t want do a very touristy tour of the bay, and she arranged for us to visit all the hidden natural spots that were world class without any crowds at all great price. Hidden beaches, sea caves, nonstop adventure and we had these places all to ourselves! Exactly what we wanted! The rooms are very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The Wi-Fi is great as we work on the road! There are coffee shops, restaurants, local vendors, and a 7 Eleven within an easy walking distance. The temple in town rivals cathedrals in Paris in my opinion. The people all around the homestay were so friendly and would cheer us on as we ran in the mornings. 10 out of 10 Hostess and 10 out of 10 special experience! We’ll be back! "
