"A hidden gem. If you want to be away from crowds/want a slower, quieter pace, this is it. The beach was lovely- plenty of loungers, & the staff aimed to please. It was the nicest water I've ever swam in-crystal turquoise and clean. Temp was just right, even in Jan. Great 'no kids' aspect. What few teenagers I saw were polite and respectful. Applause for: -constant drink offers all day on the beach (Brad) -landscaping crew raking up debris each morning as the ground is grassy, not sandy, plenty of shade -beautiful scenery, florals, and sunsets -all inclusive nature Opportunities: -bathroom fixtures that support the soap, etc./ window screens were in ill repair allowing lots of bugs, need more hooks/towel bars, and a desk lamp -communication: got a brief welcome chat at check in, but we just got off a long flight and counted on the email we were being sent, however the email asked to complete a check in form and upon doing so, the email disappeared...we would have welcomed a sheet or folder of info including the weekly schedule of meal times, menus, and tips and tricks...along with the entertainment schedule, watersports, yoga schedule, etc. everything was piecemeal and had to be hunted for repeatedly -buffet was repetitive -special lunch restaurant was not special -some tiles and stairs are loose and hazardous -beach towels scarce -pitch dark at night, ill lit *be aware property is swim at your own risk Overall, it was beautiful, serene, and a great value. We will return!"

"I loved the 1 bedroom oceanfront room, it was so clean and the views were amazing. Plenty of little food places in walking distance. It was very lively and also quiet at the resort. The landscape and plants were so lush and well taken care of. I want to come back for a month next time!!!"

"I stayed in room 1123 and the back of the property needs cleaning there were old bottles from water bottles that was littered around.The location is great but seems management is over working the little staff they have available.The food I at at the Caribbean restaurant haven was salty.There need to be more Caribbean style foods on the menu.The chefs needs to be more innovative,lots of the foods are from a can.Expected more fresh island fruits and vegetables.The restaurant that I wanted to go to was always fully booked.I think the kitchens are way too small and not designed to facilitate the capacity of the amount of guess.Management seem to be stressing out staff having a slave like mentality.Staff are also under paid and lack proper training.Just walking down on the beach and seeing how the sandals is managed one can notice the obvious difference "

"This resort was exactly what we needed! We loved our time here. The staff was very accommodating & made sure our stay was perfect. Our room was spacious & nice. We loved having the plunge pool to relax in. We celebrated our anniversary here. They decorated our room for us. It was very hot. It did feel like our room never got cold during the day. They were very accommodating with the menu at the restaurant. Let them know ahead of time & they will make your order. 10/10 experience. I will say if you book an excursion like swimming with the pigs, make sure to have them confirm the water taxi. We were 30 mins late to our tour because the taxi they arranged never showed up. The jet ski guys down on the beach saved us & helped up get there. Only con we had with this resort. "
