Overall the service was welcoming but the room was tighter than seen in the picture and just an ordinary room without anything. The bathroom floor became slippery after use and you could hardly walk without slipping. We stayed two nights but no room cleaning was done, we ran out of toilet paper and had to ask for it rather than they supply. There...

"The hotel is in a non-descript area. Very limited dining options within 15-20 minutes walking distance. The worst thing was that 4 out of 5 floors of the hotel are designated as smoking, and the rooms smell pretty badly (we had 2 rooms and they smelled just the same)."

"It was a wonderful place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was terrific. A walk around the corner, and you see the castle. Fresh produce and tea house nearby. The staff was exceptional. The price was very reasonable when I rented it, but it is likely more during busy seasons. Still, I highly recommend it. The old architecture makes you feel like you are staying in an ancient castle. "

"I enjoyed this hotel so much when I stayed here twice before. The location and price are excellent. I had stayed on the fourth floor both times before, which was terrific. This time, I was on the second floor, and it was always loud in the rooms on both sides. Unfortunately, it sounded like people were so loud, which made for an unpleasant stay. Still, I will stay here if I come back, but I will ask for a different room. Thanks. "
