I rent the room while I was on the way to Antalya. Once I arrived, I had a look on the room. It was in the fourth floor with very narrow stairs. It was too dirty, very hot. there is no AC. Totally, do not try.

Worst hotel

The rooms and bathrooms are full of mold and dirt and cats running around. When I asked for another room staff told me to pay 600 lira extra to get a cleaner room. The staff is extremely disrespectful and refused refund so I called hotels.com and got 50$ coupon for my 43$ room.

Didn't like anything. Very poorly maintained and poor service. They are misleading in their advertisement. They claim on google review as 5 star, but i would give them below 1 star. Their pictures are misleading. I booked 3 nights, and stayed for 1 hour and then decided to leave. They refused to even give me any reimbursement for the other days. Even expedia would not refund any money. Very very disappointed.

The most dirty and unfriendly hotel i ever been.

I am 66 years old man and I have been travelling a lot in my life using Hotels.com and Expedia. I would like to describe my horrible experience to hotels.com as an elderly honest and fair man who would never cause any harmful lies unless it's true and it happened for real. 1- I came to the reception to check in, and it was not an English speaking, angry woman who talked to me aggressively as I am a criminal checking in a prison and not a hotel guest. She asked for my passport. I gave it to her and she took a photo of it with her mobile, her hand was dirty with some black stuff and my passport became dirty. She gave me the key and she told me the room number. 2- I entered the room, and I was shocked by the scene. The floor was totally destroyed as it was bombed, and they covered it with a very dirty carpet to hide the damage. The bathroom was totally out of function, and there was no hot water at all. The room was so very cold, with no windows and honestly, I believe that it was not for human use. 3- I never wrote any bad comment before about any hotel because I generally had successful stay, but this time it was totally horrible and I recommend Hotels.com TO TAKE OFF THIS HOTEL FROM ITS RESERVATION SITE.

Absolutely unsuitable conditions for living!!!

Be prepared that if you do not smoke, your rights will be violated, despite the fact that the rooms are declared as "non-smoking"! Given that there is no elevator, and the stair railings are shaky, absolutely no one from the staff helped with the luggage, while all three administrators smoke right behind the reception desk, above which is written "No smoking!" In a common room with 5 beds, two nightstands, one closet (without keys), considering that this room is on the first floor (to which there is also no key), right next to the exit with an unglazed balcony overlooking the street, your safety and the safety of your luggage are in great question here!!! Only one lamp works, so most of the room is dark, the "bathroom", if you can call it that, is dirty and even darker! Not only was the shower head broken and lying on the sink (in the faucet of which only cold water is available), but it was also impossible to use the shower through the hose due to a malfunction of the mode switch! The bedspread was quite thin. The communal kitchen was quite dirty, the table was sticky, the kettle was covered in limescale inside and the sink could easily become a mountain of dirty dishes!

Absolutely not intended for human life!

Despite the fact that there is a sign at the reception "No Smoking", all 3 receptionists were smoking right behind the counter! When the room was listed as non-smoking, there was an old dirty "ashtray" there. The room, which is sold as a hotel room, is designed as a utility room, absolutely not intended for human habitation - as indicated by the very small window facing the wall, didn't open for ventilation, so the room is quite stuffy and humid! Where the air conditioner could have been, there was only a tube sticking out! Despite the 24-hour darkness in the room, only one light bulb worked - in the other half of the room and in the bathroom it was very dark! The chest of drawers was dirty with broken and missing drawers, and there was no closet at all! The TV remote is dirty and wires are sticking out of the sockets.There was no hot water in the sink.The bedspread was stained, they gave me a towel after I reminded them about it, which they took out of the closet in the hallway - it is not clear whether it was washed or left over from previous guests! The shared kitchen is quite dirty, there is significant scale on the electric kettle!

Ironical Palace

To start with one which disgusted us both most I can mention the cockroaches. If ever you were not able to see for some time since they were hiding, the dead ones smashed on to the walls and ground and have not yet been removed, were enough visual evidence for their permanent residence. Then you will encounter the real deathly risk involving the electricity. Wall plugs are detached from the walls dangling, electric wires coming out of the walls and worst of all, live wires seen going into the water heater in an environment which is expected to be wet and come to cotact with water. Since we wanted to or thought that we could diminish the risk a bit, we preferred to take shower with pure cold water than turning on the heater and have a fatal danger. The room had no window but not mentioned in the advertisement. The only opening was to the corridor which was meant to be open all the time for you not to be boiled or suffocated inside, which was still of little use. There was a constant mouldy smell. If you could ever use the toilet since it was not mounted securely in its place, then you had to sit on it only sideways, the sink blocking your way. What water supposed to go down the drainage while taking shower was instead routed all the way to the ground leaving all around in water. No shower head or fixing at all. Only the wi-fi was working properly. All in all not to be stayed, not the worth, risky and dangerous. The name given to the hotel must be an irony.

HORRIBLE CTASTROPHIQUE

CATASTROPHIQUE ne faites pas la même erreur que la mienne j'ai voulu une chambre juste pour quelques heures dans l'attente daller à laeroport mais j'aurai dû dormir dans ma voiture pour mon argent et ma santé... Un supplément du prix de la chambre nous a été demandé sur place pour la privatisation sinon il y allait avoir un homme àvev nous.. Il était tard et je n'avais pas envie de négocier.. La chambre comment dire je ne sais même pas comment les autorités peuvent laisser encore des poubelles comme ça.. Ça s'sentait le tabac lit et linge sale fenêtre ouverte et qui s'ouvre sans arrêt le seul point positif est la dlim qui fonctionnait.. Bref à fuite

Otel rezervasyonunda oda da başkalarında kalabileceğine dair bir bilgi li bilgi paylaşılmadı. Otelde aile konaklamasına uygun olmadığı için başka bir otel tutuldu. Hotels üzerinden yapılan iade talebine olumsuz dönüldü.Ayrıca 5 yataklı yazmasına rağmen resepsiyondaki bey odaların 9 kişilik olduğunu paylaşımlı oda olduğunu söyledi.
