Best hotel building with low quality meal

Worst breakfast ever had and not satisfied at dinner I would say the hotel building and utilities are probably one of the best even it was built at 1990! Would be better if hotel management invest more on kitchen

The location was great and the check in was very smooth even though we arrived late. The amenities were perfect and view were beautiful. The spa is highly recommended. Just breakfast was disappointing. No fruits and waffles or pancakes which kids expected. Also we had a problem with the check out staff. He turned out to be very rude and that ruined our last day.

Terrible rooms , everything broken. Cleanliness is questionable. Advertised , entertainment, bars and nightclubs of which it has none. Wife booked a massage , next day showed up we were told the spa staff ran off, didn’t offer any compensation on what we already paid. 70 USD. Imagine being robbed at a 5 star hotel😭 Food is below average basically a prison eating schedule, if you aren’t there you don’t get fed. Room service non existent, the mini bar in your room doesn’t exist. It’s a ghost town and I see why. You will find yourself walking around alone in an empty shell of a resort that could’ve been good. I wish I had read reviews before staying here, I had already been in turkey for 2 weeks didn’t pay attention. All reviews are terrible. 1.5-2.5 star hotel max. 5 star hotel in the late 80s maybe.

A merely 3 stars hotel

The hotel is old, and it’s not a 5 stars hotel, mostly 3 with a pool. The staff is friendly. The room service will pass by your room and if you had the do not disturb sign they will never comeback even if they passed a 10. We left the room no later than 10 but they didn’t clean it for 2 times during our stay. The breakfast buffet is very poor, coffee is bad and the juices are powder not natural. Don’t use the pool because you will get a skin rash. The worst thing is the elevator, you spend at least half an hour of your day waiting for it. Believe me I’m not exaggerating.

2 star hotel

The staff was very unmotivated and absolutely not helpful. This hotel has been a very nice hotel 20 years ago but now I would not recommend it to anyone now. The staff at the reception are very rude. This is absolutely not a five star hotel, the staff smokes in the corridors and there is a smell of smoke everywhere..

When we arrived we were impressed with the splendour of the building. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was disappointing, the food was repetitive and poor quality. There were many flea ridden cats in the restaurant, climbing on tables stealing food and generally a nuisance. The hotel was predominantly occupied by Russians who’s needs were catered for more than any other nationality (Russian music predominant around the pool, reps only interested in Russian guests activities). When we booked there was no option for all inclusive but when we made enquiries at the hotel the cost was ridiculously high as we were already room, breakfast and evening meal. We will not be staying there again.

The staff were rude. There were only one lady who spoke English and was really rude. The room service does not speak English. You have to take your laundry to the reception without laundry bag. The blankets had stains and smelled horrible. The phone in the room didn’t work. The key card wasn’t working.

Worse hotel ever!

Our first night was terrible there, they gave us a room with two single beds and when i requested a double room they said they were fully booked and i had to wait till the next day. The next day when i went to the reception they said the night shift manager usually says this to everyone and they they dont have a double bed. I had to wait another night and meanwhile they put our two double beds together and said "problem solved." My husband developed severe back pains because of their inconvenience. The next day we were moved to another room with a leaking flush, broken shower head that i had to ask 4 times for them to come and fix, as well as a broken AC, which i had to request on a numerous of occasions for it to be fixed. The worse hotel i have been to, the food was disgusting and tasteless, leading us to go out and eat which led us to pay more. I ask them by the second day i wanted a refund and was happy to book another hotel. The Manager was utterly rude and said thats not our policy and they wont do anything about it. I even mentioned i was gonna give a bad review and he mentioned he doesnt care. The staff no longer cares for the hotel and its easily shown by the way they treat their customers. I ideally want a refund as this was suppose to be a honeymoon for us and i even mentioned this to the hotel staff, yet again they didnt care. I also booked a massage at the hotel which was awful, their shower had a massive cocroach. The place is run down and i want a refund!!!!

Pros: Close to/overlooking the beach (but not on the beach). Close to the old town. Two lovely grey parrots skilled in attracting guests and entertaining them. They're probably the best staff members. Cons: The staff doesn't speak English. In fact, they don't speak any language other than Turkish. So much for a resort! So much for a country that wants to attract tourists from all around the world! The staff is ignorant in the basic principles of customer service and tourism. For instance, at the front desk, there's no such thing as a line, a greeting smile, or an attempt to help resolve issues. The words "sorry," "please," "thank you," have not yet entered their dictionary and are not part of the daily vocab! no AC!!! The entire facility didn't have a working AC. They use portable AC units in the lobby. Good luck getting cold air in your room. No WiFi!!! The WiFi signal is so weak, it's virtually nonexistent. You cannot get a signal in the dinning area, the hallway, or even out side the bedroom. Found ants and a cockroach in our room. The staff if not forthcoming when a problem arises. They try to cover it up with promises and excuses when all they have to do is apologize and give a discount. We paid for a suite, ended up cramped in the bedroom because the central AC was not working. There was a window unit in the bedroom which was leaking condensation water at all times. Why do you put a window unit if you have central AC?! What a joke...

Kahve yok, ütü yok, dolap boş, menü yok, ayakkabı sileceği yok, traş ve diş fırçası seti yok, priz bozuk, SİFON BOZUK, ama otel BEŞ YILDIZ. Otele anket yazıp bırakmama rağmen dönüş de yok. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilmez. Civardaki 3 yıldızlı oteller daha iyidir.
