"The staff was amazing and lived up to the DoubleTree reputation. Now to the part that I can’t get over. The facility is an older hotel that had a horrible renovation. Even with that upgrade it’s still outdated. The elevator is slow and its doors are creepy. I took the stairs after that but worrying about if you will get stuck in an elevator is not very accessible. If I didn’t have to travel here for work I wouldn’t choose this hotel. I had wipe down my room—especially the desk and bathroom door...
