"Loved the stay. Apartment was very new and looked exactly like the photographs, with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Owner was very kind as well in letting us check out late with no fuss. Apartment was a short 7min drive to Bad Gastein center. 10/10 would recommend. "

"We loved staying here, the owners were super friendly and booked restaurants for us. Everything is brand new and lovely and clean. The sauna with a view is fab and feels quite luxurious. The lounge is really nice too. Ski bus stop is really near and there's a boot room with plenty space. A 15 min walk to restaurants in the evening as it's not right in the centre but we enjoyed it. Or you can use the kitchen to cook if you want to. "

"We have been to a lot of hotels during our travels in Europe and this is one of our favorite hotels. It’s quirky, clean, great location, good service, delicious free breakfast, they give you towels and bathrobes to use in the mineral bath (only a 5 minute walk), friendly staff and provided discounts for the gondola and mineral bath. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!"

The hotel is located in the beautiful countryside of Austria and our room had a beautiful mountain view! Breakfast was superb and most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful! "This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "
