Due to unforeseen circumstances my stay had to be extended from 2 days to 5 days. The hotel and staff were so accommodating. I felt safe at all times . Breakfast is amazing as is the food in the restaurant in the evenings . İçin her şey çok çok teşekkür ederim

I checked in on Wednesday for 2 nights , it was so nice extended my stay by another 2 nights . Breakfast is traditionall Turkish breakfast that has plenty of choice . Service very very good. Room is very nice and spotless . I’m a solo traveler so feel very safe

Bir gecelik konaklama yaptım. Sorunsuz bir giriş ayrılış oldu. Otel bekleneni verdi benim için. Temizdi. Tv’de youtube netflix olması çok işime geldi. Kahvaltı bence gayet yeterli rakama göre. 4-5 çeşit peynir’ tereyağı, yumurta vb gayet iyiydi.

Sessiz, temiz, yatak ve yastıkları rahat, eşyalar mobilyalar temiz ve eski döküntü değil; banyoda buklet malzemeleri mevcut, sıcak su açınca kısa sürede geliyor; havlular düzgün ve yumuşak; kahvaltı (servis tabağında) yeterli çeşitlilikte (açık büfe olabilirdi), kahvaltı servis personeli kibar ve ilgili; kahvaltı bitişik bir ocakbaşı restoran salonunda (otel lobisine açılan kapısı var) veriliyor ve aynı zamanda buradan istenirse akşam leziz ocakbaşı alakart yemekleri odanızdaki menüden seçerek oda servisi alabilirsiniz, fiyat olarak da uygun. Müstakil otoparkı yok ama önündeki sokakta yer bulunabilyor, ayrıca personel aracınızı park konusunda yardımcı oluyor.

İki kişi kaldığımız odada 1 banyo havlusu ve 1 saç havlusu vardı. Resepsiyondan havlu istediğimde; havlularımız kuru temizlemeden gelmediği için veremedik dediler. Çare bulmak için herhangi bir adım atmadılar. Biz tek havluyla kurulanmak zorunda kaldık. Ertesi sabah çıkış yaparken havlular geldi mi diye sordum; resepsiyondakilerin birinin haberi yoktu diğer çalışan geldi dedi. Madem havlular sabah geldi. Niye odamıza gönderilmedi? Personel hiç yardımcı değil.
