Our first night we found garbage cans in the room full of dirty diapers. We were told they couldn’t pick them up until the next day. Beds were dirty and there were painter and construction people everywhere that wouldn’t allow us through. There is very little parking available… no handicap parking (I am handicap) and staff made no effort to help us find parking We often had to park way down the hill and try to walk up with all of our things. The elevator tends to get stuck on floors and we had to take the steps several times. There is a small maket near by that is very convenient and easy to get to. The neighborhood dogs bark all night making it impossible to sleep. We stayed in the summer and it was unbearably hot with only one A/C unit … the winter is the same… at least we could open the windows to stay comfortable. Also, don’t leave food in the refrigerator… it turns off when you take your key card and your food will sour quickly because of the heat in the room!

This property is not 5 star. No o staff members speak english! Property is very run down , cigarette stench is everywhere.. same 5 items for breakfast everyday.. false advertisement, nothing like the pictures… only nice thing is the onsite spa.

Do not even think about booking!!
Looked good online and reviews seemed fine. Having booked two rooms, we arrived and the concierge at check in was dull and lifeless. Went to our rooms and room one door was broken and looked like it had been kicked in, no AC, rooming boiling hot, smelt of smoke, cigarette burns on furniture, poor fitted wardrobes, no coat hangers list goes on. Other room was just as bad but with the bonus of AC. Towels and bedding worn out and needs replacing. No extractors in bathrooms etc. Breakfast was cucumber, tomatoes, cheese, boiled eggs and olives. Few pieces of bread and spreads. If you have any standards I would avoid. Good reviews must be from visitors from 3rd world countries.

Located far from center, the rooms were not clean and full of dust. I rented a 3 bedroom suite that have only 1 air conditioning. I don’t recommend it for families at all

Dreckig, fällt alles auseinander, Dusche ist kaputt, Waschbecken Ablauf läuft in den Unterschrank, Im Bett sind Haare, Boden übergangleiste stehen hoch Verletzungsgefahr, beim runterlaufen ins Schlafzimmer Handlauf wurde nur mit Silikon befestigt bin runtergefallen mit dem Handlauf. Niemals wieder in diesem Hotel.

Ailece kısa bir Ankara gezisi için geldik hotel gayet iyiydi. Fiyat performans hoteli olarak nitelendirilebilir. Kahvaltısı güzeldi abartısız ve taze ürünleri ikram esiyorlar, 10 Kasım haftası olduğu için mi bilmiyorum ama kahvaltıda bir çok bizim gibi aile gördük. Eşiniz ve çocuklarınız ile gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabileceğiniz bir yer.

Otel dıştan çok güzel ama iç bakımı yetersizdi. Odamızda çöp kovası kırıktı. Taharet musluğu bozuktu. Duş başlığı kırıktı. Perde yırtıktı. Ayrıca otopark yeri yetersizdi. Kahvaltıda çeşit azdı. Bunun yanında odamız sıcak ve güzeldi. Talep ettiğimiz bebek yatağı anında geldi. Personel yaklaşımı çok güzeldi. Yani kısacası ufak tefek bakımlarla çok daha güzel bir otel olabilir.
