"It was one of the most stressful check in, they were so dishonest and tried to put me in the box room ,the size of prison cell without AC in the boiling hot weather and were saying that the single room has no AC. Luckily i had a screenshot and after a long argument with the staff who's not able to communicate in England, i managed to get to the prison cells size room with the AC. "Hotel staff very helpful. English speaking. Very clean, friendly, Only thing I would've like is to have safely handrails in the bathtub. Around the tub should be better repaired. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I will definitely come back at my text visit to Ankara! One more important thing, the buffet breakfast is included, and was very satisfactory. "
