"The chalet was overall great, and everything was in order. Before we left, I noticed a first aid kit and hairdryer in the drawer beside the bed. It would be better if they were placed in a more visible spot. As for cleanliness, the chalet was very clean, but I did notice unclean towels left in the laundry basket upon our arrival. I’m sure this was an oversight, but it’s worth mentioning to the housemaid to ensure extra attention to detail."

"Spacious and well furnished apartment with amazing view, but it desperately needs renovation, sink not working, and water pressure for shower is terrible which makes it impossible to shower... The concierge Kanaan was very helpful and handy though... Impossible to stay for long vacation... maximum one night if you want to enjoy the view... "

"Quaint hotel in the city of Aley. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. We appreciate that they went out of their way to go to a store at night and pick up some necessities for us (they would not even accept a tip). The WiFi worked well. The hotel room itself was very spacious but old and definitely needs renovation. The A/C only worked in the bedroom and cleanliness could be improved. But overall, I would stay here again. "
