"Property itself was good. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint is the parking situation and the underground parking is terrible ( my opinion), very steep and narrow. "This property is beautiful and perfect for families. The ONLY issue is mattresses on beds. Not very comfortable which is surprising considering reputation of Bemsaude Hotels. Has a large pool and pool bar. It also has indoor pool and hot tub, along with a gym. Breakfast buffet is ok. Dining at bar/restaurant ..."

"This is the second time weve stayed at this hotel. This time was because we were in a marcha for san joaninas and we needed a place to stay for a night. Although we absolutely love this hotel, it was a bit of a walk for us especially after marching down a rua da se. Definitely recommended this hotel. ..."

"Il posto è spettacolare, direzione molto disponibile ad ogni tipo di aiuto o consiglio. Capanna pulita e confortevole. Bagno pulito. Metterei un ripiano aggiuntivo in doccia per i saponi o gel. Angra is a lovely Azorean town with interesting history and a great base to explore Monte Brasilia and the rest of Terceira. I shall visit for more than 2 nights next time
