This hotel feels like home away from home. The staff were amazingly friendly specially chef Ralph and Ms. Carol with their accommodating service. Bathrooms were cleaned and the overall condition of the hotel was superb! Will definitely come back again!

We stayed twice at this property as it's the newest major hotel on Clark. The staff was friendly and respectful. There's not much to do around the property and you need to drive to get to other restaurants if you don't want to eat at the hotel.

The actual property is well maintained: pool and loungers were very clean, the rooms were well appointed and designed, but the lobby lacked warmth with the huge expanse of tile with a lack of furniture in the middle. All of the chairs and sofas were against the windows or the long lobby walls, not conducive to group conversations. The other drawback is that there is construction for a new casino and school, but there's nothing else around the hotel except some condo buildings and a 7-Eleven. You definitely need transportation (although they had a shuttle to get to/from SM Clark). It's a great property if you want total quietness, but you'll be limited to their one restaurant and executive lounge (for a fee).

Our grandchildren absolutely loved swimming in the outdoor pool and playing on the outdoor playground equipment. Indoors, the kids had the time of their lives going from one creative activity center to another in the indoor Kids Club. Us grandparents enjoyed watching the kids having so much fun while keeping cool in the adult swimming pool, and inside the air conditioned Kids Club. The Olive Restaurant buffets had such a variety of delicious, international cuisine that pleased both our grandkids and us adults. And of course, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and kept clean by the housekeeping staff. Speaking of the staff, everyone was polite, respectful and friendly, and during our stay we got to know many of them by their first names. Our one-week stay at the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort hotel exceeded our expectations, and we have fond memories of our experience and certainly expect to return the next time we visit our family in the Philippines.

Property was easy to get to. Good security coming and going. Staff is very attentive and place is clean. We stayed twice in a 2 week span, once we got there and when we were leaving, since we flew into Clark instead of Manila. First room we had, the seal around the shower door wasn't that great, so we had to tild the shower head towards the opposite wall so it wouldn't splash so much on the door, otherwise water would get out. Second room was no issues with the shower. Lots of help with luggage when you arrive/leave. They do have a shuttle(for a fee) if you need to go to SM or if you need to get picked up or droppped off at the airport. Do get the breakfast buffet, you won't be disappointed. Ordering meals for room service is easy and the food choices are pretty good and fairly priced. There is a casino and lots of business events happening. One thing I didn't like was parking overnight. I had a rental, but probably due to the casino and folks not staying or maybe getting tipsie, when they leave, each night we stayed and when I went to my rental, there was a scratch or dent that wasn't there when I parked it. I think they should have a designated parking for actual guest and one for visitors(folks that come just to enjoy the casino). I would say it's family friendly, as I saw lots of folks with kids.

Staying at the Hilton Clark Sun Valley Resort was a highlight for me, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Philippines! The pool was great, the rooms were very comfortable, and the food was delicious! My favorite aspect of the hotel was interacting with the staff. Everyone greets you with warm smiles and exceptional courtesy. I failed to get everyone's name, however, there were some that I did get as they were key in making my trip amazing! Ms. Jeny from Housekeeping was one person that helped make the stay a welcoming one! Every time you saw her, she made sure you were alright. There was also Grace, Chris, Jeff, and Micah who always greeted you and ensured the rooms were always clean! Aron from the Concierge Team was always helpful and answered every question I had about the hotel and the surrounding area. This was especially helpful as he answered my questions about local transportation which I used nearly every day! Cheska from the Coffee Cart near the front was very pleasant to talk to and gave me wonderful suggestions on the deserts to try. Every single recommendation was as good or better than the last! The Treat Bar staff were always fun and security around the hotel were always eager to greet you and ensured a seamless transition into the building! There are many others that I would love to recognize, but I honestly believe that any visitor that meets any of people working here will not be disappointed with the interactions.
