"There was a strong perfume smell from the cleaning products they used, which might not offend other people, but I personally am annoyed by chemical perfume smells and needed to open the window. And then I discovered the heat did not work or the thermostat in the room is a deception. I cranked it up and nothing happened, it must be controlled from some other location. I suppose the temperature would have been tolerable if I didn't have the window cracked, but i was cold. You get what you pay...

Check-in was at 3:00, but there was only one person working the desk so it took almost a half hour of waiting in line to check-in.
