"It was a lovely place to stay for one night stopover in Cancun. It had plenty of eateries very close and within easy access to buses and taxis. The check-in was slow and it was not clear where to go. We waited outside the gate and had tried to call the hotel but there was no answer. In the end we enquired at the cafe and was told to wait there until a staff can come check us in. The room was nice and simple and clean and served our needs."

"Super was check in and detailed instructions provided in advance. Our room was on the 3rd floor and very spacious, clean and with a kitchen better equipped than any we’ve stayed in. Great location, easy walking to great eateries and 20mins from most local hotspots. Pool area is really nice to relax, water is cold though so not for a night dip! The only piece worth mentioning is a lack of elevator so if you have mobility issues you would want to request a room on the bottom floor. "
