"This resort is great, I booked this to travel from Sydney to Ubud for my wife’s bday. We booked a suite with hot tub as the one with pool was not available for those dates. Hotel has its own pool which is nice and a bar next to it. Room was fine other than aircon doesn’t really cool the whole room as it’s too small compared to the size of the room. We tried morning breakfast which is alright as they have plenty of choices in it but doesn’t really taste how it’s supposed to be tasting I guess coz...

"This property is superb!!! If you want a super quiet, zen, relaxing place, this is your spot!!! It is quite a travel to the city center, 20-30 mins. But if you want something relaxing, this is your place. I took grab whenever I needed to go to the city center. They provided breakfast and they are partnered with a local restaurant which made yummy food!! They also helped me find a massage therapist who was super nice. Everyone who works here are helpful and super nice!!! Loved my stay :) interior...

"Amazing stay. Very clean rooms. Very seren. Awesome massage facilities. Definitely try classic facial. I would specifically want to mention Vayan. He was our driver for the trips. My mother fell and twisted her ankle Vayan helped us by taking to emergency and helping out with process and language. "

"The Hava Ubud was an amazing experience. The pool area is the centerpiece and offers nice seating, drinks at poolside, and easily accessible from different sides. Got upgraded to the room with a tub and made good use of it. The cocktails at the restaurants could be made stronger, but that’s an issue in most of the island. But by far the thing that stands out and I’ll remember is the staff. They’re the most wonderful people I’ve ever met. No one was in a rush and they took their time to interact with us. Astari, Ayu, Surtika, Erpawan, Septiana, Peggy and Eka made us feel so welcome and taught us a lot about Balinese culture. We are really honored and grateful that they took their time to talk to us everyday. Would highly recommend this resort if you’re in Ubud. "
