"A really modern and clean hotel in a fantastic location in Xi’an, walkable to Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Muslim Quarter and all of central Xi’an. The room was comfortable and nicely designed. "Hotel was alright to stay in for short stays. The airconditioning was controlled by staff at reception. As it went down to almost 7 to 9°C in the night, they turned off all airconditioning and required guests to all use another inlet which brings in air from outside. Superb idea, but wished it was conveyed to us beforehand. The first staff member was a tad rude by ignoring me when I told her it was stuffy on the 1st night. "Maybe I am just being mean for not giving this property a five star. The porperty is in a very good condition, not as close to the touristic areas within the city wall. Receptionists do not speak very good english but they did their very best to help me especially when I was contacting my Didi driver for my pick-up. I would definitely stay in this property again though."

"Liked- Good location, spacious room and excellent staff behaviour. Reasonably good spread for breakfast. Disliked- The property is old and seemed to be a little short of maintenance. A little more attention can be given towards cleanliness. Breakfast was good but whatever else we ordered was not as good like everywhere else in China."

Great hotel to stay

"There is free laundary with detergent, endless water bottle for consumption and the breakfast is very good. Proximity to Bell and Drum tower and other amenities makes our stay an enjoyable experience. I will stay again if back in Xian."

"Loved our stay at this hotel. Probably the most comfortable bed ive ever slept it. Pillows were the best comfort as well. Huge shower too. Room was quiet. Staff was very friendly. "
