We were welcomed with a friendly smile by Karen who let us know about all the amenities to make our stay enjoyable. Our room had a chill, romantic vibe with thoughtful touches like a fireplace and an in room jacuzzi. We soaked in the picturesque views of the beach, sunset, and ocean from our balcony. "This is a great place - it looks very simple from the outside, but you get there and the rooms are awesome and the rooms with patios (not all have) have fantastic sunset views. A real gem for a reasonable price!"

"Friendly staff. Very clean room and facilty with a comfortable bed. Quiet even though it's on the main drag. Doesn't have a breakfast but does offer a deeply discounted price (voucher) at a restaurant down the street. Glad we ate there. Would stay here again ."

"Amazing place to stay…So many positives: Clean, I mean really clean. No dust and dirt on the baseboards or on top of things. Quiet place, you can hear the ocean from your room. Amazing views. Parking is plentiful and right near your room. Nicely decorated and comfortable with nice bedding and towels. Microwave, small fridge, nicely sized closet. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I extended a night and they made it easy. The housekeeping staff is quiet and not bumping into walls and talking loud outside your room…yeah…you know this happens in even the swankiest of places. They even offer a small breakfast. I will recommend the Seafoam to anyone!!! "

"Basic hotel but fairly new so everything is in good condition. Beds very comfortable. Easy walk up to Walmart if you forgot something. Nice breakfast but for a special treat drive a little farther down the street to Friedman’s Home Improvement (you’re saying “WHAT??”). Inside you will find Schat’s Bakery - to die for pastries, coffee, and homemade sandwiches for the road. Back to the hotel, the staff members are so friendly and helpful! And the price is reasonable, especially at off season. Highly recommend!"
