We also liked the kitchenette because we could save money by buying food at the grocery store and preparing it in the room. However, we did not like the lack of communication with the staff. "The best part about staying here was the well equipped kitchenette. It was very helpful to be able to cook and store food while staying in Zurich. There are pans, crockery and cutlery in the room. The response from management was very rapid but the provision of a reed diffuser did little to assuage the issue despite best intentions.
