"This resort is incredible! It's beautiful, on the beach, in a great location, & the breakfast was amazing!! The buffet was huge with so many selections. The spa & pool area were wonderful, you really felt like you're on vacation with things such as a swim up bar, chairs on the beach and 2 pools to choose from. "The staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful but the room service doesn’t always respect the do not disturb sign and will not only walk in (more than once) whether you’re still in bed or in the shower but will insist to ask to clean the room even when you say no. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the experience, amenities, site, etc. Was excellent. "

"Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. "Spent 5 nights at this hotel and when arriving we were surprisingly upgraded to a bigger room with a shared swimming pool and a huge terrace with our own sun beds. Very quiet at the end of the corridor. The facility closest to the beach feels modern and clean. The rooms (at least ours) was aged and a bit outdated. Yes it was satisfactory clean. "Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. "This was our first time to Greece and we booked sansal based on reviews and how close it was to the ocean. When we arrived the staff were so great and very helpful, they were also very friendly and gave good recommendations where to visit and where to eat. We will be staying here when we come back!"
