"Stayed for a two night staycation. Flawless check-in process. The wheelchair I’d requested for my Mother was not only ready but one of the staff wheeled her to the lobby when we arrived. Vatsal at check-in was efficient and friendly, answering all my questions. The room was in good, sanitary condition. Walls should be thicker. I could hear the next room. The balcony was nice, with real shrubbery and an artificial turf lawn. Smoking is allowed in balconies. Inside our room I could smell cigarette smoke from the next room’s balcony. The gym and pool looked good, but I did not use them. In-room Dining service was prompt. The staff who delivered tea to the room were efficient. One refused a tip, pointing out that service charges were part of the bill. Used the hotel’s Zing restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Their wait staff was unbelievably attentive and caring, treating my 91 year old Mother with respect, bringing her food from the buffet and ensuring her comfort. Gaurav, in particular. Others were Manish and Shubham. Roshni was the caring hostess. Chef Santu frequently came to inquire about food quality. Like the service, the food was delicious with diverse cuisines. The ambience was top-notch. Kudos to the chefs and F&B Manager, Harish! I have lived in similar star hotels in the Americas and Europe, but have not seen this level of service. I cannot recommend the property enough!"

"Rooms were pathetic with dirty blankets and toilet flush not working, no proper body wash and body soap. Also toilets were smelling like public toilets, you would not like to stand for more than a minute. So I fought with them to give me another room and cleanliness wise it turned out to be the same… And so I thought this would be it how bad can it get and within few minutes electricity went away and they told me that they are turning on the generator… And after I went away and came back at night there was no watchman and door of property was open. Also office was closed (there was no reception), and I needed a room for my driver, so I called the property manager and waited for 10 mins before someone came and accomodated my driver in any room. I didnt stayed longer to check, just checked out and cancelled my booking and moved to another hotel the next day."

"The property requires to make sure that ther bathroom facilities are updated with the shower hot water supply and the flush in the toilet. The property needs to improve the range of breakfast options particularly the fruit and cereals. In General the property is located centrally and the staff are helpful. If renovations are made this property would be very good for people visiting Vidyanager and Anand"
