"Pleasantly surprised by this quant motel. Happy hour and Breakfast was enjoyable. Rooms were quiet and well appointed. Hot tub looked inviting but only open till 9p so plan accordingly! Staff were very pleasant. "

"The stay was great. Close to everything if you like walking and enjoying learning as you explore. This was a little family weekend trip and we went to the zoo, harbor had great seafood and our last day was spent at the mission and shopping. They have great breakfast and happy hour. The staff was friendly with the exception of the manager Sunday morning. I kindly asked if we could check out a little later as we needed a few minutes. He sighed and said it’s fine but make it quick. "

"This is a wonderful hotel, very clean and well maintained. Within walking distance to the harbor, which was absolutely lovely, You can get just about anywhere in 20 minutes. The staff is exceptional, in particular; Chokri; The manager went above and beyond and guaranteed I had a Wonderful and restorative stay. I highly recommend this stop for anyone visiting Santa Barbara, will definitely be returning to this hotel anytime I go to SB. "

"Staff was helpful and property was nice. The walls felt extremely thin. You could hear everything. From the people next door to the cars on street and freeway. Room was clean but it doesn’t come when amenities like usual hotels do. Overall we enjoyed our stay and felt safe here. Layout of the hotel was nice and clean. "

"The property is well maintained and the staff very helpful. The wine and cheese at end of day is nicely prepared and a good way to wind down from the day before heading out to explore restaurants in the evening. The breakfast is surprisingly good with more than your basic continental selection of baked goods."

"We love this hotel but this time my husband had numerous occasions of rude staff including a bartender who couldn't be bothered, trying to get a couple coffee's in the morning and no one is helpful even another guest complaining she waited 10 minutes for help. The dront desk tells tou to text or call a number for any help but when we did they just told us to call the restaurant directly. Honestly customer service was much better when it was Embassy Suites. Not too mention you had evening happy...

"This is my second time staying here and forgot about the shampoo/soap situation. Bring your own! We had a hard time getting the cable to work and actually just gave up and watched YouTube instead. The office opens up pretty late and the bikes could use some tuning up. It’s nice to have so much space compared to a hotel. This property is in a great location but could really use some extra maintenance and updates to get it up to 5 stars imo."
