We had a great time, wonderful location. The only issue with had was noise, not traffic noise but people in the hallways or alley through out the night and early morning. - if you are a light sleeper, this will will be an issue.

We had an excellent time in Amsterdam. The property is big and perfect for a family of four adults. Well stocked with equipment. Very comfortable. Very much within walking distance of everything you might want to see. Communication was excellent before, during and after. Felt very safe and secure. Highly recommended.

Great location

Great location for getting around Amsterdam - good comms from Numa who were on hand to help when needed - flat was okay and had all that we needed - I wouldn’t recommend that you rely on the tiny kitchen area for cooking and when using the job there is no window that opens so the fire alarms go off. The shower also runs out of the bathroom door so make sure you use towels to stop that. Comfiest bed I have ever slept in and a great place to stop over for a weekend if you don’t want a hotel.

Overall, our accommodation was good. The amenities in the apartment serviced our needs adequately and it's only 15-20mins walk from the central train station. The electronic keys were a handy feature. The bed was comfortable and the heating was good. The main drawback was the shower, which leaked a lot, but the water pressure was good. Also, there was no place to hang towels to dry. The complimentary tea and coffee was a welcome find when we arrived, along with the Smart TV. The WiFi worked very well.

I would recommend

Hotel is amazing for location, and I would recommend this to friends, the only negatives were that the properties are not soundproofed at all, we could hear absolutely everything from the room above us. The safe also malfunctioned when we tried to get out passports out and we had to wait for an engineer who came (very swiftly) to get into the safe. Other than that, room was very clean and warm, and we had a comfortable stay. The remote for the TV doesn't work but we didn't mind too much.

Quite a large space, comfortable for 3 adults and suitcases. Equipped kitchen with stove top and microwave plus coffee machine and kettle. The stairs to the loft are quite steep, just be wary for mobility concerns (we didn’t take suitcases up). Staff very helpful via message, quick replies before and post stay. Would be great to have a lamp in the living area as the guest on the sofa bed only had main light (with light switch at entrance door). No vent or fan in bathroom so there was mould on ceiling and between tiles. I assume this is why there are also no hooks/towel rails in the bathroom which was very strange and inconvenient.

Great location, 15-20mins from main centre so it's a little quieter and only bus links unless you walk to the train station for tram links. Generally clean and tidy, deep clean needs to be better as there was clearly old dust on the extension lead near the bed and the bathroom extractor didn't appear to work. Only comfort complaints are that more than one pillow each would've been better. Overall worth a stay, very smooth contactless check in and check out.

The apartment is located near Amsterdam Centraal Station but the area in general is quite and safe for families to stay. Walking distance to most of the attractions near the canal and easily accessible. The flat is clean and well organized. My kids loved our stay!

Charming and comfortable loft apartment, stayed 5 nights, easy walking to main train station and heart of Amsterdam. Very responsive support and easy checkin/check out were a plus. Would recommend and stay again but be aware, acoustics not always great, one night was noisy guests coming in and out late, and physically need to be able to climb essentially steep ladder/steps to loft bedroom. Currently lots of construction of roads and sidewalks between lofts and train station. Overall, had a really nice stay and wonderful visit to Amsterdam!
