Good location, no shower pressure and road works
Good location and very spacious room. Access was easy. However, the shower is a real dribble (not enough water pressure) and there is major road works on the street which are audible from bed. Not only you can hear the noise but the bed also will vibrate in the morning as the excavators are doing work. If they fix the water pressure and the road works get done it's a good location.

We booked a stay here in March. On arrival we found the property to be dirty and have a bad smell. The carpets are dirty, and the bed headboard was broken and also smelled like the sheets had not been clean. The pillows are also yellow and stained. The owners were contacted but did not reply until several hours later. As the property is not habitable we had to book alternative accommodation. The owner's pictures do not represent the current condition of the property. Avoid staying here. If you look the property listing on other websites (trip advisor) you will see similar complaints about how unhygienic the property is.

We did not receive notification our room was ready until we prompted after 3pm. No toilet paper, so communicated immediately to staff, but no response until next day. Had to ask friend for TP, which was embarrassing. Staff realized we were missing bath mat, additional towels and coffee pods, so sent next day. We are young, but stairs would be difficult for older guests with bags. Should be warning about this in bio. Bags of laundry littered the common hallway for 2 days. Unique space, but not worth the trouble, however neighborhood and location are great!

Dopo aver atteso le 15:00 per accedere alla camera all arrivo riscaldamento staccato, finestre aperte, polvere e ragnatele ovunque. La camera era davvero sporca, probabilmente le pulizie nell’ ultimo anno non erano mai state fatte, e per ciliegina sulla torta una carta di preservativo sotto il letto, Ho fatto notare il tutto al proprietario che si è presentato senza preavviso alla porta della camera, dopo aver fatto notare il porcile nel pomeriggio ha almeno provato a togliere le ragnatele, la carta del preservativo è rimasta sotto il letto, Che dire una camera davvero sporca, se prenotate per due persone la polvere vi farà molta compagnia

Einchecken war ziemlich problematisch. Ich telefonierte schon mit der Expedia hotline bis endlich die Zugangsdaten für den Self Check in kamen. Die Handtücher waren sehr sehr klein und die Badewanne funktionierte nur bedingt.. dazu wäre wenigstens ein Vorhang für das Bad denkbar.. so ist es schon arg Privatsphärelos. Sonst aber schön und zentral.

Esta propiedad no es lo que dicen y muestran ser en esta plataforma. El propietario me estafo, porque cuando estaba tratando de comunicarme con el nunca y este me respondio, al igual que no le respondia a los agentes de expedia. Me mantuvo esperando por mas de 2 horas afuera de la propiedad y cuando me estaba yendo del lugar aparecio alguien el cual me pregunto: estas esperando a MIKE? le dije si, y luego me mando la informacion de como acceder a la propiedad. Las escaleras eran la entrada al infierno, trate de subir al primer piso y mis problemas en la espalda no me permitieron subir un escalon mas. Y lo peor es que estuve tratando de cancelar para tener un reenvolso y El dijo que no me reenvolsaria y yo perdi mi dinero. en pocas palabras esto es una estafa, es un irresponsable por no poner los reales detalles de la propiedad, aparte de la peste que tenia en el pasillo. Ladron es mi definicion para este dueno. English: This property is not what they say and show on this platform. The owner scammed me because when i was trying to communicate with him, he never responded, just as he did not respond to Expedia agents. He kept me waiting for more than 2 hours outside the property, and when I was leaving the place, someone appeared and asked me: are you waiting for MI*E? I said yes, and then he sent me the information on accessing the property. The stairs were the entrance to hell, I tried to go up to the first floor, and my back problems prevented me from climbing it.

Buena ubicación y habitación espaciosa. La habitación estaba en un tercero difícil de acceder (sobre todo con maleta!). En el baño había olor de alcantarillado bastante desagradable. No hay servicio de hacer camas ni reposición de café lo cual es una lástima. Tampoco fue fácil contactar con la propiedad antes del check in. Por la ubicación valió la pena, pero no haría estancia larga en este lugar.

Propreté clairement revoir. Ensuite problème d’organisation, à notre arrivée il a fallu attendre 2h pour avoir la procédure d’accès au logement. Ensuite pas de clé dans le boitier masterlock, au final il y’avait une erreur il ne s’agissait pas du bon boitier !!! seconde tentative avec un autre boitier, mais là encore pas de chance boitier vide !!! Bref il a fallu ensuite attendre 30 minutes pour que quelqu’un vienne nous ouvrir et nous expliquer que le check-out doit avoir lieu à 11h !!! Très honnêtement je teouve ça limite de ne parler aue de ça quand ça fait 2h30 que nous attendons !! Pour la propreté dans l’ensemble moyen, ça s’arrête à l’aspirateur et changement de draps, il y’avait encore un reste de savonnette collé sur la tablette porte produit, les tuyaux dz douches qui fuits, des traces de calcaire au sol… bref pas la cata mais à plus de 250€ la nuit nous pouvons quand même nous attendre à un truc sans reproche au niveau de la propreté. Sinon quartier très bien, proche des commodités, pas trop bruyant.

This place is in a very good locations. Walkable distance to many attractions. Conveniently nearby cafes, restaurants  and grocery stores. There are decent luggage storage places about 5-10 mins away, if you arrive before check in time. My only con is the very tiny fridge and stairs. If you have heavy luggage or bad knee, then I wouldn't recommend this place. Otherwise it's a really great place to stay.

Absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft in sehr zentraler Umgebung - grossartiges und wunderschön gestaltetes Loftappartement. Eine Unterkunft für richtiges Amsterdam feeling :-) Tramstation in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Das nächste Mal gerne wieder!
