This property is located out side Amsterdam Central Train Station. Not far from the amazing nightlife of Amsterdam. Makes everything so accessible and the view from our window was amazing!!!

The restaurant is not good at all. Some of the staff offer to assist you but they did not. Only one girl was excellent. Our first room was awful and they upgraded us. We couldn’t sleep the first two nights. You can hear the next room people talking and using the restroom. After they upgraded the room our experience improved but this place can definitely do better.

This is a Train Hotel, note that we were in a triple bed room and was very cramped. Check in is 3 PM strict so though we were there at 245PM (14:45) and our room was ready the Lady at the check in station made us stand for the 16 minutes until 15:01. Hey note the Square Metres of the room size to get a guide if the room is big enough. It is on the train line, over the tracks but is quiet. The staff in the bar is very nice.

My Team has been staying at this Hotel for the last few years during a conference we attend at the RAI. Being so close to the Metro and all the amazing dinner options in the center of Amsterdam has been fantastic. Great staff and service. No complaints and will be back next year.

If you are a breakfast person, get the breakfast included, it is worth not paying full price either here or in the area. When construction on the station is done this will be an even better spot. Not a posh place but not meant to be rooms clean and comfortable staff and services great.
