I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. A special shoutout to the receptionist, Mahtab, who was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality made my experience even better. Highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Amsterdam!

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff is located a short walk from Amstel Metro station. This hotel is located in a renovated former church, everything was new and very clean. Breakfast buffet was great!

Liked that the hotel used to be a church. It’s in a quiet area and the walk to the train station is about 10 minutes. It’s easy to use the metro to get around Amsterdam.

The are 2 Chasse hotels, one is Residence and the hotel proper. Make sure you have the right address. Hotel is pretty cool. In an old church. Breakfast os good

Pleasantly surprised!
On arrival it looks a bit random being in the middle of a residential area and doesn’t scream "hotel vibes" from the outside but was pleasantly surprised once inside. The reception area is a decent size, nice and bright with the reception staff very welcoming. We were shown to where our room was (triple room - double bed and single bed).....these were soooo comfy, pillows especially. I had read reviews about the bedsheets not fitting the bed, which is true but its really not a thing that would put you off....the sheets are pristine clean so its not a worry! The bathroom was lovely although not a fully locking door and just frosted glass so unless you were comfortable with people walking in on you (either on ourpose or by mistake haha) then decide on an unwritten rule that if the doors closed, its occupied 😀. There are shampoo and body wash pumps in the shower, hairdryer in the drawer under the sink so pretty much all you need! We had breakfast included in our stay and the room where its served is so lovely decorated (it seems a new part built on) and while you're only looking out onto the street, its still a lovely room to sit in while starting your day. The breakfast is well stocked from hot breakfast to pastries/breads/cheeses/yoghurt, fruit juices and hot drinks machine. The location is decent (less than a 10 minute walk to Amstelstation - 5 stops from Central Station) so its easy to get around and quiet so youre guaranteed a good nights sleep.

Schönes Hotel in Laufnähe zur Metro Station. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Zimmer wie auch die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels sind in einwandfreiem Zustand. Wir können den Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen!
