Charming small hotel with friendly staff. Not a large anonymous 'chain' type hotel, nor hyper-luxurious, but rather a guest house feel. The room was clean, stay was comfortable, location excellent. Good for the price, I would stay again.

Historic property with many quaint quirks and charms. Our room had a great view of the iconic “dancing ladies” leaning houses across the canal. Very helpful desk staff. Short walk to sights such as flower market and to public transport for things farther away.

Perfect location
Excellent location on one of the main canals. Very quite at night and walkable to everything. Front desk staff are super friendly and go above and beyond to accommodate your needs.

Our room was around the corner is a supplement building. Lots of narrow and steep stairs. Hard to get suitcases up and down. Room was big and spacious but could be cleaner. It was very noisy, could hear traffic, voices from the street and it was very loud when people went up and down the steps. From the room above us, we could hear everything being said and loud footsteps walking around.

First time in Amsterdam. Price point for the location of the property is fair. Warning: property is very dated but overlooks the canals and very convenient to mostly everything. Now I know that Amsterdam has a very efficient tram network and that everything is close enough that I could have chosen a hotel a little further away from the city center and not feel that I’m far away from all the city has to offer.
