The property is very secure and safe! The woman at the front desk was very pleas met to deal with and made the stay much more comfortable treating us foreign guests as one of their own! Everything was great overall. However, I had a couple of issues: the TV required an HDMI cable for casting or Bluetooth connection, which I wasn’t informed about beforehand. Additionally, the room felt quite cold, and adjusting the thermostat didn’t seem to make a difference.

location is cozy, safe, and great price! It’s about a 15-20 minute bike ride to Amsterdam and they have a parking location at the hotel that cost extra. You can also rent bikes which is convenient. The bike ride is easy and enjoyable from the hotel to the heart of Amsterdam. Highly recommend this hotel

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The breakfast service was also delicious and satisfying. However, when I asked for room cleaning, they only collected the used towels and did not provide new towels, and after the worn-out soap was collected, new soap was not replenished, so I was dissatisfied with the room cleaning.

Nice area but quite far out from the centre. Staff were nice but the hotel is run down, smelt of damp and just hadn’t been cleaned. There was a beer bottle on the floor and ash on the window when we arrived and someone else jeans in the wardrobe. Beds seemed cleaned but were not comfortable. We ended up just moving to a hotel closer in.
