"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Friendly lady reception staff at the Hotel Arcs where we collected our key for our apartment 604, receptionist walked out of hotel to point to the green garage gates for our secure parking which was underneath the apartments and a couple of minutes walk away. My only issue is they there is always a lot of English staying before the ferry, but no opportunity to watch any news in English on tv. Most other hotels have this facility so it’s noticeable when not available. Would recommend though"
