"RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!. The property was closed. We arrived shortly before 6 PM on December 20th 2021. After trying to access this very dark place with no lights anywhere The staff person came to our car and told us the place was closed down. We told him we have paid for our room and have a confirmed reservation. He said sorry the place has been closed and that no one is working there anymore for sometime. I am still trying to get my refund. Sad to say this site travelocity has done very...
