"The property itself was good, clean, and neat. The downside is we have to pay extra for carpark. And there were no toothbrushes and toothpaste provided. We could have been informed upon reservation is confirmed but we did not asked from the concierge on the availability."

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom. The apartment was huge. The bed was comfortable. Things seemed a bit worn, but not too bad. Very walkable to shopping and a massive food street. The main negative was that the AC turns off when you leave the room and it takes awhile to cool off once you return. "

"Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."

"Easy check in through the skyscraper's reception: you come in, let the security guard know that you have a reservation and the host comes downstairs to hand you over the key. Easy process. "Excellent everything. Room excellent. Beautiful view. Breakfast buffet had variety and was excellent Going up to lobby on 68 before going down to get out of hotel was weird. That’s the only thing, but, but it was convenient anyway and had a beautiful view from up top"

"All staff were very warm and welcoming. Very accommodating, I requested for a baby cot and though they mentioned it’s subject to availability they sent one right up almost immediately. The chefs and restaurant staff were very kind and friendly. They cooked plain porridge and eggs for my baby and even mentioned that they can puree it if needed. The room was very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was very smooth. Overall, an unforgettable experience and we’ll definitely come and stay with Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur during our next visit."
