"This is one of my favorite places for relaxing and walking. Our train was late from France and they made sure we had dinner. Staff is so helpful, food is delicious, facilities our so nice. A wonderful place."

"Stunning hotel, breathtaking views, comfortable beds, spacious rooms, super modernist design, great breakfast. The showers, however, were somewhat interesting - it was a bit challenging to showers with two teenagers in the room. I would however come back. We loved the hotel. "

"We’ve been here 5 times, last 3 at Mammhofer. Close to everything we want to visit, easy go anywhere in town just walking. Excellent care and attention of the owner. It is like visit friends. I think that if we comeback to the same place and plan to return next time means more than many positive words We can write or say."

"The place is wonderful in every way! It is super clean, the proprietor is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the breakfast includes many types of foods, and the location is less than a 10 min walk to delicious restaurants. Best of all, the locale is really safe. I will go again on my next trip!"

"The entire experience using Ammergau Lodge was excellent. Large rooms in excellent condition along with the flexibility to use the common rooms made the experience great. We were on a family trip to Germany to visit the Xmas Markets and having visited Oberammergau several times in the past we left it until the end which finished the trip on a high note.
