A super lovely family run hotel with a wonderful home made breakfast in the morning. If you’re visiting Madaba or wanting to stay somewhere close to the airport, I would definitely recommend.

Had an amazing stay at Tell Madaba. Edward and staff are very welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and rooms are very clean. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to stay around Amman. It was perfect for us since we did not want to stay in Amman City due to the traffic, Madaba was much more manageable.

We arrived Amman airport close to midnight. Fortunately, Edward, the staff on duty was so accommodating that he waited for us and checked us in in the wee hours of the morning. Staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Staff were friendly and accommodating, making the hotel feel like a home. Room was clean and comfortable. Town was just a 5 minute walk providing everything you could want and need. Beautiful city. The breakfast banquet served at the hotek was so delicious and healthy. Thank you Tell Madaba Hotel for the unforgettable stay.

What a great last-minute find for us. The owners were so good to us. The breakfast was amazing, it was walkable to all the places we wanted to go, and we felt the people there were really looking out for us would go back in a heartbeat

I've stayed at a few hotels on my month long holiday around Egypt and Jordan, and this hotel has been my favorite. The staff were so friendly, kind, and accommodating. It felt more like a home than a hotel staying here. The breakfast they served every morning was so delicious I could not get enough. The outside sitting area was perfect for having a drink and reading a book in the arvo. Walking distance from town, affordable price, all round exclellent hotel to stay at if you want to feel at home away from home. Thank you Tell Madaba Hotel! Will surely see you guys again.

Very nice and clean family run hotel in Madaba. Stayed 2 nights here and took really good rest. 10-15 minutes walk to Baptist St. John cathedral and mist of the tourist spots are 10-15 minutes walk. Nice breakfast and there is small kitchen. Want to stay more and best place to stay in Madaba.

Enjoyable stay - would recommend

Great hotel for a great price. I would highly recommend it. One of my favourites if not the favorite for the Jordan trip. Easy parking in dirt car park. Good recommendations for food etc too.

The host family was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety, and most items were suitable for vegetarians. This hotel felt much more like a home. There are comfortable seating areas on the balconies, on the porch, and in the garden. If you like cats, several amicable ones around love to be petted. (If you don't like cats, they won't bother you.) The area also has shopping within walking distance.

I stayed one night at Tell Madaba hotel and wish I could have stayed longer! This wonderful family run hotel has the warmth of home. Edward, the owner, was super attentive. When I needed to make a change he reached out immediately, when I got lost, he came and found me and took me back to the hotel! The hospitality was far beyond what you’d get any other hotel. The room was very spacious, the bathroom modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I have been traveling for 3 weeks and haven’t had a good night sleep. I slept amazing for the first time in 3 weeks! The breakfast spread had something for every palate; hot, cold, savoury, sweet, fruit, breads, cereal, and vegetarian! It was absolutely delicious. I loved trying the local breakfast options as well. They brought me a special sampler plate of local freshly made items. I really can’t say enough about my fantastic stay at Tell Madaba. I will be staying here again for sure! Thank you Edward and family for a wonderful first impression of the great Jordanian hospitality!

I had a wonderful stay at Tell Madaba Hotel. The location is perfect — close to the city center and within walking distance of Madaba’s main attractions. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The atmosphere of the hotel is calm and relaxing, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Great value for the price, excellent service, and a pleasant experience overall. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madaba!
