OMG! What a lovely place! Gail & staff were so pleasant & accommodating! Wonderful home cooked breakfast in the morning, comfortable sleeping room… Just a very much homey environment! Loved our stay, but it was too short. PS- Visit the chicken. They are so cute!!

Such a charming little place! Was a wonderful place to stay and convenient to anywhere we needed to go in Amherst. Staff was so welcoming and hospitable. Breakfast in the morning was something we really looked forward to!

Really nice spot to stay while visiting UMASS very comfortable beds and plenty of options for a very delicious breakfast. Very easy to find and use as a base. Would definitely recommend

Really lovely place and organized with check in process! Common areas very welcoming and the breakfast service was friendly and super delicious. Only suggestion was to have a 2nd chair in guest room for 2 people, and a box of tissues handy. Lots of other conveniences were nice though. Coffee was super delicious local roasted!
