"Hotel is some 4 yr old but well managed. Room previously appointed to me had some AC problem but got resolved by changing room. Rooms had good view of city but walls had some cracks. "Great new building in excellent condition - apartment was very clean and decorated tastefully with AC/fan in every room, Netflix-enabled Smart TVs, and very nice beds to sleep. Loknat was very helpful and understood and necessary English and also provided us with whatever we asked for."

"I have always enjoyed my stay at Theory9, however, this time there were extremely noisy guests living on the same floor who didn't sleep till 2am, cooked a full meal in the kitchenette, left the dishes unwashed and unusable for the other guests on the floor.
