Staff was extremely helpful with making reservation and helping with itinerary plans. On site restaurant was good. Room was clean and simple, extra bed was brought in so three of us could stay. Extra amenities like wine, cookies and crisps were much appreciated. Definitely recommend for overnighting on Kangaroo Island.

We stayed for 2 nights from Christmas eve to boxing day, very nicely managed hotel with a restaurant that opened on Christmas eve, and the Bar and Lounge was open on Christmas Day, very convenient for all the guests stayed for the holiday.

Such lovely and helpful staff! Very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is fantastic, the food was amazing and a very cosy and warm ambience with the fire going. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I would highly recommend Mercure Kangaroo Island Lodge.

The staff are very genuine.

We had great stay during low season with amazing staff. Unfortunately due to mother nature we had to leave the island 1 day early ... Our room was held incase no ferry was available . Great real fire to sit around and have a drink in the bar .

We were very impressed by the quality of the food in the restaurant, the incredibly friendly and helpful staff and the amazing salt water swimming pool. The darma wallabies grazing at night right next to the motel were just absolutely the classic Australiana!

Opposite end of island from Seal Bay and Flinders Chase but still great for wildlife. Hotel provided fish for Pelican Feeding next to hotel which was a fantastic experience. Pool and restaurant good and staff really helpful and friendly. Recommend it as good place to stay on the island.

Such a great location for accommodation! Only 30 minute drive from the Ferry, beautiful views, such a quiet and peaceful location, really felt like you were out in nature, it was very relaxing. The room was a good size, with nice little balcony with sliding door for nice airflow. The dining options were good, staff were very friendly! Would definitely stay here again if visiting Kangaroo Island again.
